Job Profile:

The Candidate is expected to do the following on an ongoing basis:

  • Working drawings of building plans, elevation, toilet details, floor layouts, elevation, section, site plans, coordinate plan etc.
  • Area calculations
  • Some basic understanding of building materials and understanding of building components is required

Skills & Attributes:

  • Design presentation and good drawing skills
  • Use of computer-aided design software to create architectural drawings/ Excel, AutoCAD and other design software
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong mathematical skills to calculate the exact measurements and area statements
