This role demands a professional who can lead copy strategy, deliver persuasive communication across digital platforms, and ensure brand consistency for multiple clients.What you’ll doLead copy direction across branding, digital marketing, and creative campaigns Develop compelling copy for ads, creatives, and campaigns across social media platforms Create brand communication frameworks, including taglines, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines Write and review content across brand assets, social media, websites, ads, and marketing materials Draft long-form content such as blogs, newsletters, and website copy Script video content, presentations, and brand stories that align with creative strategy Collaborate with designers, editors, strategists, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns Manage and mentor junior copywriters, ensuring tone, clarity, and the highest standard of written communication Balance hands-on writing with leadership across multiple clients and industries Use feedback, analytics, and performance insights to continuously enhance creative outputWhat we’re looking for: • 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in creative or marketing agencies • A strong portfolio showcasing both branding and performance-driven copy • Proven experience in video scripting and storytelling across digital platforms • Strong command of written and spoken English; bilingual (English + Tamil) is a plus • Ability to craft effective messaging across social, web, video, and print formats • Understanding of digital KPIs and writing for performance results • Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus • Clear communication, attention to detail, and accountability for deadlines • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, strategists, and marketing teams  Perks Competitive salary Work with a fun, creative team that values your ideas Chance to work on cool projects for real top brands Office snacks (because no great idea happens on an empty stomach) Growth opportunities (we want you to shine)Why Join Oxyzem?
