We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Brand Solutions Manager to join our team.

One who can enhance brands and build strong communication for them on various touch points like social media, Digital Media, ATL, creative campaigns, SEO etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- You should be able to identify and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Besides, you should be able to maintain a record of your interactions with clients.

- Communicating with clients regularly, gathering client feedback, and encouraging further business growth from the client is a crucial part of the job.

- To perform in this job role, you should have good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Furthermore, you should be highly motivated and able to work in a team as well as independently.

- Work jointly with internal teams to drive campaign strategy & development.

- Manage and lead a team of designer, animator, cs person on site to manage the overall client operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Knowledge of social media marketing.

- Proven work experience in Client Servicing either in an agency or brand.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Should be process driven.

- Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual.

- Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations.

- Location on-site (Bangalore).
