Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Responsibilities

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing content strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business objectives. You will work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is aligned with business goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

  • Conceptualize and execute impactful brand campaigns through videos, banners, blogs to effectively reach diverse target audiences and enhancing brand visibility


Content Planning & Management:

  • Create and manage social media calendar, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets high-quality standards.
  • Strategize content planning to optimize click-through rates (CTRs) and return on ad spend (ROAS), resulting in increased audience engagement and conversions.


Content Creation & Editing:

  • Write, edit, and optimize content for various platforms, including brand video, blog posts, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Oversee the brand's positioning across various touchpoints, including product packaging, UX, website landing pages, and advertisements.


  • Analytics & Optimization:
  • Employ a research-driven approach to gather and implement consumer insights and across content efforts and keep building understanding of competitor landscape
  • Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to align content efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all content and channels.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in content strategy
  • Strong conceptualizing, editing and visualizing skills
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Creative eye for detail and storytelling, with a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop engaging content.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and how they relate to content strategy.
  • Experience with video and multimedia content production.
