Job Brief


We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Lead to guide our team and bring technical excellence to our projects. In this role, you will lead with expertise, help your team grow, and ensure we deliver high-quality solutions. You will work on exciting SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) projects and play a key role in shaping our success.



Responsibilities

  • Give technical guidance and solutions to your team.
  • Set and maintain the best coding standards and practices.
  • Mentor team members to improve skills and boost productivity.
  • Ensure processes are followed and projects meet quality standards.
  • Join technical discussions and feasibility studies to choose the best solutions.
  • Identify risks early and help resolve project issues.
  • Share regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data and Data Migration.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP MDG Functional.
  • Ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
