Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates forNon-IT positionsthrough multiple channels such as job portals, social media, databases, and referrals. Managebulk and volume hiringefficiently within defined timelines. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1.5 to 4 yearsof experience inNon-IT sourcing/recruitment . Proven expertise inbulk hiringandmass recruitment drives . Strong working knowledge ofjob portalsand other sourcing tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Graduation is mandatory. Salary: As per company standards
