The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPU benchmarking, with specific expertise in SPECint, power measurements, Core Sight, and performance monitoring counters.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute CPU benchmarking tests, including SPECint and power measurements. - Analyze and interpret benchmarking results to provide insights into CPU performance and power efficiency. - Utilize CoreSight and performance monitoring counters to gather detailed performance data. - Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize CPU performance and power consumption. - Develop and maintain benchmarking tools and scripts. - Stay up-to-date with the latest benchmarking methodologies and industry standards. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations on benchmarking results and findings. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of benchmarking processes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in CPU benchmarking, including SPECint and power measurements. - Strong knowledge of CPU architecture and performance analysis. - Expertise in CoreSight and performance monitoring counters. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl. - Familiarity with benchmarking tools and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with other benchmarking suites and tools. - Knowledge of power management techniques and tools. - Familiarity with hardware performance counters and profiling tools.
