This role demands deep expertise in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems, with a focus on performance optimization, responsive UI/UX, and seamless integration with backend systems.As a senior engineer, you’ll drive architecture and best practices, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of responsive, scalable web applications using React.js - Architect and implement reusable components, hooks, and state management solutions - Optimize performance for large-scale apps (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies) - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces - Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services - Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility and responsive design principles - Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and guide junior engineers - Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and CI/CD practicesRequired Skills & Experience- 8–10+ years of professional frontend development experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries), and modern JavaScript (ES6+) - Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks - Performance tuning for large-scale React applications - Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets - Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) - Strong debugging and profiling skills (React DevTools, Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization - Knowledge of TypeScript and strongly typed application development - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) - Understanding of micro-frontends, design systems, or component libraries - Contributions to open-source React projects or frontend communitiesAbout Janaa (EOR)This role is offered through Janaa Consulting Services, a trusted Employer of Record (EOR).
