As we expand our product range, we’re looking to strengthen our sourcing network for high-quality kids innerwear and activewear.Role Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Consultant who can help us identify and build partnerships with reliable manufacturers, suppliers, and sourcing agents offering premium quality, low MOQ production, and efficient end-to-end handling.Scope of Work- Identify and connect us with reliable apparel sourcing partners or factories specializing in kids innerwear and activewear. - Ensure suppliers meet low MOQ requirements (around 30 pcs per style) with competitive pricing and strong quality standards. - Coordinate the entire sourcing and logistics process, including: - Vendor shortlisting and negotiation - Sample development and approvals - Payment coordination - Consolidation of shipments from multiple sources - Transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery to our premises in India and Sri Lanka - Recommend the most efficient freight and import methods for cost and time optimization. - Build a reliable sourcing pipeline that can scale with us.Ideal Candidate- Based in India, with proven experience in garment sourcing, vendor management, or buying offices. - Strong network within innerwear / activewear / kidswear manufacturing hubs. - Excellent understanding of MOQ management, quality control, and logistics coordination. - Experience managing end-to-end international or domestic sourcing. - Organized, trustworthy, and proactive communicator.How to ApplyIf you have the right experience — or can connect us with the right sourcing partners — we’d love to hear from youPlease DM or email sharmila@mackly.comwith:- A short introduction about your sourcing experience - Details of past projects or categories handled - References or supplier/agent connections you recommend
