We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality. This role involves close collaboration with design engineers, quality teams, and production staff to optimize manufacturing systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
  • Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Design and specify tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment required for efficient production and assembly.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor production metrics, collect and analyze process data to identify trends, and propose improvements.
  • Work closely with the quality team to ensure that all manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process maps.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization, automation, and improved resource utilization.
  • Lead or support manufacturing projects, including new product introductions (NPI), equipment upgrades, and capacity expansions.
  • Ensure manufacturing operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
