Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for material requirements. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term supply chain efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems. Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail. Qualifications Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchasing.
