Role Overview We are looking for aLecturer – C and Python Programmingto lead structured, hands-on training sessions for engineering students in Chennai. This is a short-term but impactful opportunity with the potential forextension or full-time engagementbased on performance and feedback. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging training sessions inC ProgrammingandPython Design lesson plans, coding exercises, and assessments Guide students through mini-projectsand practical coding challenges Provide feedback, track performance, and document progress Work with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of the program Stay up to date with programming trends and incorporate them into teaching Requirements Strong knowledge ofC (DS, pointers, file handling, etc.)andPython (OOP, libraries, exception handling) Excellent communication and mentoring skills Ability to simplify complex topics for a student audience Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or Corporate Instructor Exposure to project-basedoroutcome-basedlearning models Eligibility Criteria Education : B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience : Minimum 2 years in teaching/training or industry exposure in C & Python Certifications(Optional): Python or Software Development certifications preferred Why Join Us?
