Description :Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled eGRC Consultant (3+ years experience in SAI 360 BWise / MetricStream / Archer) to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust, tailored configurations within the chosen eGRC platform. The role demands strong technical expertise, including 3+ years of T-SQL proficiency for data integration and reporting, and 1+ years of Java/VUE JavaScript experience for custom development (forms, scripts, automation). Key responsibilities include solution documentation, defect triage, adherence to security standards, and ensuring prompt resolution of user incidents according to defined SLAs.Key Responsibilities and Platform Deliverables :Solution Design & Configuration :- Analyse business requirements related to risk, compliance, and audit processes and translate them into robust configurations or customizations within the designated eGRC platform (e.g., SAI360 BWise, MetricStream, Archer).- Develop forms, dashboards, workflows, and automation scripts (utilizing platform-specific coding/scripting tools and leveraging Java/VUE JavaScript where necessary).- Design and implement data models within the eGRC platform environment to support scalable and accurate reporting.Technical Expertise & Delivery :- Develop GRC Solutions with minimal supervision, adhering to defined project timelines and functional specifications.- Utilize SQL (3+ years of experience) for complex data extraction, validation, reporting, and troubleshooting of data synchronization issues within the GRC ecosystem.- Prepare and maintain solution documentation, configuration logs, and user guides, ensuring traceability and maintainability of the implemented solution.- Maintain a high standard of quality in configurations, customizations, and code, and adhere to established technical and security standards.Collaboration & Support :- Work closely with business analysts, end users, and process owners to clarify nuanced requirements, gather iterative feedback, and propose optimal technical solutions.- Coordinate with developers, QA analysts, and other IT functions to ensure cohesive and effective end-to-end solution delivery and system integration.- Participate in testing support, defect triage, and provide prompt post-deployment troubleshooting and user support.- Review incidents & requests raised by eGRC users and ensure comprehensive resolution within defined SLA standards.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :- GRC Product Expertise : 3+ yrs of GRC product experience with platforms like SAI 360 BWise / MetricStream / Archer.- Database/SQL : SQL : 3+ yrs of exp for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.- Development/Scripting : Java/VUE JavaScript : 1+ yrs of exp for front-end customization, scripting, or workflow enhancements.- Core Skills : Proven ability to develop forms, dashboards, workflows, and automation scripts.- Quality Assurance : Experience in testing support, defect triage, and adherence to technical and security standards.Preferred Skills :- Certification in one of the primary GRC platforms (e.g., Archer Certified Administrator, MetricStream GRC Certification).- Experience with cloud security concepts relevant to GRC platform hosting (Azure/AWS).- Familiarity with common GRC domains (e.g., IT Risk, Compliance Management, Audit Management).
