Tendering Specialist

Job Title: Tender Executive.

Experience: 5+ years.

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (On-Site).

Salary: Based on interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil consultancy projects, including DPR, Independent Engineer, and Authority Engineer roles for road, bridge, and building projects.
• Utilize knowledge of N-Procure, E-Procure, and GeM platforms for procurement and bidding processes.
• Navigate and manage project submissions on various State Public Works Department (PWD) portals.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare and review detailed project reports, feasibility studies, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with major bidding departments including Roads & Buildings (R&B) Gujarat, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH), Border Roads Organisation (BRO), and various state governments.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant government regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and government officials.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil consultancy projects, specifically in DPR, Independent Engineer, and Authority Engineer roles.
• Strong knowledge of N-Procure, E-Procure, GeM, and various state PWD portals.
• Extensive experience with major bidding departments including R&B Gujarat, NHAI, NHIDCL, MORTH, BRO, and various state governments.
• Excellent understanding of civil engineering principles, project management, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
