Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is seeking a Quality Specialist with expertise in cold chain logistics, warehouse operations, and quality assuranceRoles & ResponsibilitiesConduct regular audits of new warehouse depots to ensure infrastructure, hygiene, and cold chain compliance.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for warehouse staff and distributors on cold chain quality standards.Lead the integration and implementation of Real-Time Monitoring Systems (RTMS) within cold chain operations.Maintain accurate audit logs, quality reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality protocols and continuous improvement in depot operations.Travel extensively to warehouse depots for audits, training, and system integration activities.Skills RequiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools for data analysis and reporting.Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, cold chain logistics, and factory operations.Expertise in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with hygiene and cold chain standards.Excellent training delivery and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to lead technology integration projects, such as Real-Time Monitoring Systems (RTMS).Willingness and ability to travel extensively for audits, training, and operational oversight.
