If you are looking to be part of a strong, collaborative culture, Brite Systems is the place for you to grow your career.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer specializing in Data Cloud and Agent Force technologies to design, develop, and implement advanced customer data platform solutions and AI-powered agent experiences.Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to unify customer data from multiple sources Configure data streams, calculated insights, and identity resolution processes Build and maintain data model relationships, computed attributes, and audience segmentation Implement real-time data activation and audience publishing to various channels Develop custom data connectors and API integrations for external data sources Create and optimize data transformation workflows and data preparation processes Design and build intelligent AI agents using Salesforce Agent Force platform Configure agent capabilities, skills, and knowledge bases for customer service automation Implement conversation flows, intent recognition, and natural language processing features Integrate agents with existing Salesforce orgs, external systems, and third-party applications Develop custom agent actions, prompts, and response templates Monitor and optimize agent performance and customer interaction quality Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components as needed Configure Flow automation and Process Builder for data orchestration Implement security controls, data governance, and compliance requirements Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures Perform code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processesRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience with active certifications Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Experience with Salesforce Agent Force or similar AI agent platforms Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs Experience with data integration tools, ETL processes, and real-time streaming Understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, and conversational AI Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and database technologiesPreferred Qualifications: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification Experience with Einstein AI features and Salesforce AI Builder Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and identity resolution Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Background in customer experience automation and personalization Agile/Scrum methodology experienceTechnical Skills: Salesforce Data Cloud configuration and administration Agent Force platform development and deployment Apex programming and Lightning platform development Data modeling, ETL, and real-time data processing API integration and middleware technologies AI/ML model implementation and optimizationBrite Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
