Role: Assistant Manager - Email Marketing.

Location: Gurgaon WFO.

Exp: 4+ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager in Email Marketing to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in email marketing and a proven track record of driving successful email campaigns.

- The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to engage our target audience and drive conversions.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement email, sms & whatsapp marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

- Manage email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

- Create automation, triggered based flows and journeys.

- Segment customers basis engagement and other metrics.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

- Create A/B tests and work on the hypothesis to achieve the desired results.

- Manage subscription forms and monitor the deliverability aspect of email marketing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing.

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
