As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Experience:If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Servicing / Key Account Management / Corporate Account Relationship Management / (Corporate) Client Success, then you should NOT miss this opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Primary Point of Contact to the ClientConduct client onboarding and weekly routine activitiesPromptly respond to Client queriesBe Polite & Professional to help develop and maintain a strong professional relationshipIdentify opportunities for growth and upsellCollaborate with the product team and give feedback on clients’ needsProvide training and guidance to the client on how to best use the QubeHealth ProductIdeal Candidate Background: Fluency in English2 years in a Key Client Servicing, Account Management, Client Management role in SaaS / Software, Digital Marketing, Corporate Insurance and HospitalityGenuine Client Empathy and strong time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersFamiliarity with G SuiteExcited to interact with Professionals at a Leadership Level and build and grow long-term relationships.Reporting: You will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Work from office/Full-time role: Andheri West (Versova)
