Job Title: AVP - CampaignsLocation: DelhiWhat you will do:We are looking for a data-driven, growth-minded leader to head our Digital Campaigns & Journeys function - driving performance across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation funnels. This role sits at the intersection of MarTech, data, and digital strategy, leading omnichannel customer journeys across app, web, WhatsApp, email, and push ecosystems.The ideal candidate will come from the broking or fintech industry, with strong exposure to digital lifecycle management, marketing automation, and personalization-at-scale initiatives. Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:- Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle across all channels - from audience design, content personalization, and automation logic to execution and measurement. - Drive activation & KYC funnel optimization, ensuring improved lead-to-account conversion rates and reduced drop-offs. - Design multi-touch engagement, retention, and reactivation journeys to drive revenue and increase customer lifetime value (CLV). - Own CTR, CVR, and engagement KPIs across notification, in-app, WhatsApp, email, and SMS ecosystems.2. Customer Lifecycle Management:- Build and optimize campaigns across customer segments - new traders, dormant users, high-value clients, and underperforming portfolios. - Champion cross-sell and up-sell frameworks using behavioural data and product affinity models. - Design churn management and reactivation strategies using predictive analytics and A/B testing frameworks.3. Martech & Data Integration:- Work closely with data, analytics, and product teams to integrate campaign workflows with CDP / CRM systems (e.g., Adobe RT-CDP, SFMC, CleverTap, MoEngage, or equivalent). - Define customer journeys, decisioning logic, and automation rules aligned with data signals, triggers, and guardrails. - Implement measurement frameworks and attribution models to quantify ROI, uplift, and incremental revenue.4. Experimentation & Optimization:- Lead a continuous experimentation roadmap - from hypothesis to testing to learnings rollout. - Drive personalization through data-driven segmentation, channel affinity modelling, and dynamic content logic. - Partner with Product & Design to continuously improve digital experiences across app/web funnels. 5. Leadership & Governance:- Manage a cross-functional team of campaign managers, journey architects, and channel specialists. - Establish SOPs, quality checks, and maker-checker processes to ensure flawless campaign execution. - Partner with compliance, product, and marketing teams to maintain brand, legal, and communication governance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Revenue growth from digital journeys (activation, engagement, reactivation). - Improvement in CTR, CVR, and journey completion rates. - Reduction in churn and dormant user base. - Increase in active traders and trading frequency. - Automation maturity (journeys vs. ad-hoc campaigns)Who you are:- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or customer lifecycle management. - Proven experience in the broking, wealth-tech, or fintech sector is strongly preferred. - Strong hands-on understanding of CDP, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CleverTap, MoEngage, Netcore, etc.). - Exposure to analytics & experimentation frameworks - A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort behavior, attribution modelling. - Strong collaboration with product, data, and design teams in scaling journeys and digital initiatives.
