Duration: 3 months

Contract Type: Full-time and Paid

Job Summary:

The Intern will support the company's business development and research activities for global projects. The organisation mainly works in public health research and advocacy, market access of innovative drugs and technologies in public reimbursement programs, public-private partnership transaction advisory, digital health, and procurement and contracting. The intern will work under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Data Analysis

  • Conduct literature reviews.
  • Support in data collection and collation (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Utilising various analytical tools/software to analyse data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Support in documentation, report writing, manuscripts, and presentations.

Program Development and Support

  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects.
  • Provide administrative support as they arise, including organising meetings, providing support in meetings, workshops & training, maintaining documentation, and managing correspondence.
  • Provide inputs and recommendations on existing projects.

Company Promotion and Business Development

  • Identify and track opportunities from development partners, international donors, and government.
  • Provide support in writing proposals.
  • Create content for newsletters, social media, or campaign materials.
  • Develop reports or presentations.
  • Help with public relations tasks, including media outreach and stakeholder engagement.

Any other work assigned by the seniors within the scope of the job.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Epidemiology, or a related field.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of public health principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within the timelines
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, multicultural virtual team.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
