Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agent force. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale CRM projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and a good working understanding of Salesforce functionalities to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the Salesforce implementation project from initiation to go-live, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Act as the primary liaison between the client, Salesforce implementation partner, and internal teams.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design validation, testing, training, and deployment activities.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and report updates to client and senior management.

- Ensure change management and adoption plans are executed effectively.

- Coordinate with Salesforce consultants, developers, and administrators for smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2+ years managing Salesforce or similar CRM implementations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and preferably Agentforce (AI-powered capabilities).

- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.

- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments, including vendors, business users, and technical teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- Preferred : Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
