The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling clerical tasks, and offering personal assistance to ensure operational efficiency. The Personal Secretary will serve as a vital point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Qualifications- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills - Proficiency in Clerical and Administrative Assistance tasks - Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written communication - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office Suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
