Objective of the role:
Hotel night auditor/ Manager manages overnight front desk, and accounting tasks, acting as the primary Manager/contact for late-night guests and handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Their core responsibility is balancing and reconciling the financial transactions, such as room charges, payments, and taxes, and preparing daily financial reports for management.
Location is Mira- Bhayandar & Mumbai Candidates only can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner overnight.
- Handle reservations and arrange for amenities like wake-up calls, taxis, and shuttle services.
- Assists guests, VIPS, VVIPS in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
- Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts and process invoices.
- Balance cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and verify receipts.
- Track key financial metrics such as room occupancy rates and revenues.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and summary cash balances for hotel management.
- Verify the completion of end-of-day tasks by previous shifts.
- Communicate with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance to ensure service delivery.
- Oversee the hotel safe and ensure the security of guest valuables.
- Audit and reconcile the hotel's daily financial accounts, including revenue, charges, and payments.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provides pre-arrival support for guests arriving on packages.
- Knows all essential aspects of our hotel operations.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum 3+ year of front desk experience at managerial level.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
