Affinity Education is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Education Counsellors. This role is ideal for candidates with an academic background in MBA, PGDM, or B.Tech, who are passionate about guiding students toward successful academic and career paths. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized counseling to students exploring higher education opportunities in India
  • Assist students in selecting suitable programs in management, engineering, and related fields.
  • Conduct follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and manage lead conversions.
  • Participate in educational seminars and webinars to promote our services.
  • Counsel students regarding admission processes, courses, colleges, and career opportunities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Guide students through registration, application, and admission procedures.
  • Provide accurate information regarding courses, fee structures, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential students until final enrollment.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission/enrollment targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM/B.Tech preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Prior counselling/admission experience will be an added advantage.
