JOB DETAILS
Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Company's product components and take ownership of their delivery.
Candidates would be working on end to end operations on a AI based chatbot product using AI/NLP technologies.
Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas
Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives
Obtains product market share by working with sales head to develop product sales strategies
Collaborate with developers and non-developers to find the most efficient, effective solutions from all perspectives. Support the development team and other extended teams in resolving the customer reported issues. Able to handle incidents escalated by customers on a priority basis
Work with Marketing, Sales, Account Management and Technical Support teams to provide go-to-market strategies, product expertise and guidance.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Product Managers with a Tech background (AI/Machine learning)
Design experience of Chatbots and Machine Learning use cases are desirable
Be an expert with respect to competitor products and services and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the market.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
