Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and experience in creating compelling blog illustrations and featured images. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to produce visuals that enhance our blog posts and digital content, ensuring they align with our brand identity and engage our audience.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and create custom illustrations and graphics for blog posts and featured images.
  • Collaborate with the content team to understand the topics and themes of upcoming blog posts.
  • Ensure all visuals are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines.
  • Assist in the creation of other digital assets as needed, including social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visuals.
  • Provide support in other design-related tasks as required by the team.


Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in creating blog illustrations and featured images.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
