Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced PEGA Trainer to lead our L&D department in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PEGA technology and possess excellent communication and teaching abilities. As a PEGA Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating training sessions to educate our employees on PEGA platforms, methodologies, and best practices. Your role will involve assessing training needs, creating instructional materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure maximum skill development and performance improvement across our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop comprehensive training plans and materials for PEGA courses based on organizational needs and objectives.
  2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on PEGA platforms, tools, and frameworks to diverse audiences, including developers, administrators, and business users.
  3. Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during practical exercises and demonstrations to reinforce learning concepts.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to continuously update and enhance training content to reflect the latest trends and advancements in PEGA technology.
  5. Assess trainee performance and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
  6. Maintain training documentation, records, and reports to track attendance, participation, and performance metrics.
  7. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in PEGA technology to ensure training materials and methodologies remain current and effective.
  8. Support post-training activities, such as mentoring, coaching, and providing ongoing support to trainees as they apply their skills in real-world scenarios.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  1. 4-5 years of professional experience working with PEGA technology, including hands-on development, implementation, and configuration.
  2. PEGA certification (e.g., CSA, CSSA) is highly preferred.
  3. Proven experience in delivering technical training programs to individuals or groups, preferably in a corporate environment.
  4. Strong understanding of PEGA platform architecture, design principles, and methodologies.
  5. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to adapt training delivery methods and techniques to meet the needs of different learning styles and audiences.
  7. Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and multimedia resources.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
