We believe in Confidence over all skin & body biases.Come, join the packJob Overview:We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to support our influencer initiatives across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You'll help discover new talent, coordinate collaborations, manage outreach, and track performance.Responsibilities:Influencer Discovery & Outreach:- Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values. - Reach out to influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, and maintain timely follow-ups. - Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.Campaign Coordination:- Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns. - Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules. - Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.Content & Engagement Tracking:- Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use. - Monitor engagement and compile performance reports. - Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.Relationship Management:- Help build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators. - Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation within set budgets.Cross-team Support:- Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for content amplification. - Support influencer gifting and event campaigns (if applicable).Qualifications:- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields. - Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Social Media handles:Website - https://www.mcaffeine.com/pages/about-usLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/mcaffeine/mycompany/Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/mcaffeineofficial/Contact us:Careers – career@mcaffeine.com
