Role Purpose :

Design and build robust and extensible solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (D365). Implement initiatives on a strategic enterprise-wide Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members, ensuring software engineering best practices are followed.

- Innovate using out-of-the-box Power Platform and Dynamics 365 capabilities to meet requirements.

- Extend complex Power Platform and D365 implementations using Plug-ins, PCF, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure components, and various integration techniques (e.g., parallel processing, multithreading, transaction handling).

- Take ownership of development tasks, issues, and project plans from start to finish.

- Design and develop new product features with minimal defects.

- Actively engage in Agile software development practices.

- Create, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

- Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.

- Promptly respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and deliver :

- Work collaboratively with the team and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

- Foster enthusiasm and bring energy to the squad to realize product vision.

- Be adaptable and responsive to changing priorities.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance, high-availability applications.

- Resolve and support technical issues as they arise.

- Produce and maintain relevant documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Contribute from conception to final delivery of Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years experience delivering solutions with Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse.

- Strong development experience with Microsoft technologies (preferably C#).

- Sound knowledge of web development and cloud Skills & Experience :

- Development experience with Power Platform features like Power Automate.

- Familiarity with Azure PaaS components (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and integration practices.

- Exposure to front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and/or Capabilities :

- Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD environments.

- Beneficial : experience with Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents (PVA), or PCF components.
