Job Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)


Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing team. This role primarily involves leading teams to execute audit-related assignments efficiently. The CA will report directly to the Partner and play a key role in delivering excellence across our engagements.


Key Responsibilities:


Audit


- Lead and manage audit teams to ensure thorough and accurate completion of audits.

- Oversee and review audit processes, implementing improvements as needed.

- Conduct and manage various types of audits, including statutory audits and GST audits.

- Ensure audit engagements are executed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.


Team Management


- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with the necessary training and support.

- Coordinate audit assignments and allocate resources to ensure deadlines are met.

- Provide detailed reports and updates to the Partner on work progress and challenges.


Requirements:


- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Proven experience in managing statutory audits, GST audits, and leading audit teams.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Desired Skills:


- In-depth knowledge of audit processes and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Additional certifications such as CPA would be a plus
