This role goes beyond the bar—it’s about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India’s growing beverage culture.In this role, you will: Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client sites Curate cocktail menus  Contribute to engaging video content Manage event bartending and activations Support business development initiativesAs a start-up, we value flexibility—the right candidate will enjoy adapting to varied roles as per business needs. We’re seeking someone who valuesstability and long-term growth , and whose career path reflectscommitment and consistency .This is the ideal opportunity for someone who loves the world of beverages but is ready to step away from daily bar operations in search ofbetter work–life balance .What We’re Looking For Experience & Background Total experience: 3 to 5 years Minimum: 1 year of hands-on experience attop cocktail-forward bars This is a Mumbai-based role, best suited for candidates who are already located in the city. Relocation support is not available at the moment.Skills Speed and efficiency behind the bar with comfort in modern bartending techniques Strong communication skills with fluency in English MS Office and general computer proficiencyWhat’s on Offer Remuneration:up to INR 4,80,000 per annum basis experience Performance-based incentives 5-day work weekfor balance and flexibilityAbout The Happy High Founded in 2014,The Happy Highis a Mumbai-based wine and spirits education & consulting company.
