The person is expected todesign, implement, and supportenterprise-gradecloud & network securitysolutions.Key Responsibilities Architect & implement Zero Trust security solutionsusing theNetskope platform. Deploy & supportNetskope SSE components: Next Gen Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG) Netskope Private Access (NPA) Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) Endpoint & Network Digital Experience Management (DEM) Create/maintainproxy policies(URL filtering, malware/file control). ManagePAC files & servicesfor applications. Troubleshoot high-priority network access issuesand lead resolution. Collaborate withvendorson escalations & roadmap. Maintaindocumentation, diagrams, and as-built designsCore Required Skills Netskope Expertise– Deep hands-on with NG SWG, NPA, CASB, DEM. Zero Trust Security Architecture– Design & deployment in cloud + on-prem. Network Security & Access Control– Proxy policies, authentication protocols, troubleshooting access issues. Proxy & PAC File Management– URL filtering, malware/file control, user access policies. Incident Response & Troubleshooting– Act as SME during outages & escalations. Documentation & Design– As-built diagrams, architecture docs.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Security Tools: Splunk, SolarWinds, Wireshark. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible. Firewall & Networking: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, F5 LTM/GTM, AVI, IPS/IDS. Agile Methodologyexposure.
