Check us out here: www.hidglobal.com and this video.As our Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll support HID’s success by: Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions Translating prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components Developing and fine-tuning foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases Training and optimizing numeric machine-learning models Applying prompt engineering and building agent-based architectures for complex task automation Integrating models into backend systems and supporting real-time/batch inference services Working with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI Staying up to date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the teamYour Experience and Background include: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as: – LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen – Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio – LangSmith or equivalent observability/debugging platforms Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)What we can offer you: Competitive salary and rewards package Competitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balance A vibrant, welcoming & inclusive culture Extensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potential To be a part of a global organization pioneering the hardware, software, and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worlds
