Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP SD MM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in both Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support within the SAP S/4HANA 2023 environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions, and a passion for leveraging the latest S/4HANA functionalities to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or participate in the full project lifecycle of SAP SD and MM implementations on S/4HANA 2023, including requirements gathering, business process design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities (e.g., Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Billing, Credit Management, Output Determination) and SAP MM functionalities (e.g., Procurement, Inventory Management, Master Data, Invoice Verification, MRP).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose best-practice solutions within the S/4HANA framework.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD, MM, and other relevant SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, PP, LE, EWM) and external systems.

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solution quality and adherence to business requirements.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP SD and MM modules, including analyzing system bugs and performance issues.

- Create and maintain detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the SAP S/4HANA system and new functionalities.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations, especially those related to SD and MM in the 2023 release, including Fiori applications and embedded analytics.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD MM Consultant, with at least 2 years specifically on SAP S/4HANA implementations (preferably S/4HANA 2023).

- Demonstrated experience with at least 2 full end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects in a consulting capacity.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module configurations, business processes (Order-to-Cash), and best practices.

- Strong proficiency in SAP MM module configurations, business processes (Procure-to-Pay), and best practices.

- Solid understanding of integration points between SD, MM, FI/CO, and other core SAP modules.

- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and the S/4HANA user experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- SAP SD and/or MM S/4HANA certifications are highly preferred.

- Basic ABAP debugging skills are a plus.
