Job Role :Product Manager – AU 0101 Business Platform

Exp Level: 3-5 years (Minimum 2 years in Corporate/Commercial banking or fintech domain)

Role:- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the roadmap, execution and sprint planning of our AU 0101 Business Platform, designed to serve enterprises including Private Limited companies, Partnerships, LLCs and Corporates.

You'll be the central driver of translating customer needs into actionable product features by collaborating with internal teams, conducting on-ground market discovery, and delivering a high-impact B2B experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

Roadmap Planning & Execution

  • Own and manage the end-to-end product backlog and sprint planning for the corporate product line.
  • Translate business goals and user insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Customer Discovery & Market Understanding

  • Conduct market visits, user research, and competitor benchmarking to understand the nuanced needs of diverse corporate segments.
  • Identify niche use cases and custom workflows that differentiate the product and add value to specific industries.

Analytics-Driven Decision Making-


• Use tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, and Clevertap to monitor usage patterns and derive insights for product enhancement.


• Track and report on key product KPIs – engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.


• Run A/B experiments and funnel diagnostics to drive product improvements.

Stakeholder Alignment-

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders – tech, operations, sales, legal, and compliance – to ensure timely go-lives of business-critical features.
  • Drive alignment between business objectives and tech execution through consistent communication and product demos.

User-Centric Product Design-

  • Champion a customer-first mindset throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Validate hypotheses and iterate based on feedback from internal stakeholders and real users.
  • Maintain product documentation, training material, and assist in go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with minimum 2 years preferably in commercial banking, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience in building or managing products for corporates or enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with corporate workflows, onboarding processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics platforms (Appsflyer, Firebase, Clevertap).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • A highly organized executor with an ability to balance short-term sprints with long-term goals.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • Background in financial services or banking tech.
  • Exposure to corporate banking, dashboard portals, or B2B payment platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in working with JIRA or similar tools.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
