  10. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and administration roles, preferably in a leadership position.
  3. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial management.
  4. Experience working in a complex organization, such as higher education, healthcare, or a large corporation, is advantageous.
  5. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
  6. Professional certifications, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), are highly desired.
  7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance for the industry.
  8. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
