  1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the organization’s financial performance.
  2. Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasting, and monitoring financial performance against targets.

  4. Manage cash flow and liquidity by monitoring financial transactions, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  5. Lead the financial planning and reporting processes, including the preparation of financial statements, profitability analysis, and financial performance reports for senior management and the board of directors.
  6. Oversee the organization's administrative functions, including but not limited to facilities management, procurement, contracts, insurance, and vendor relationships.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
  8. Collaborate with other senior executives to align financial and administrative strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  9. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as financial institutions, auditors, regulators, and government agencies.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  10. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and administration roles, preferably in a leadership position.
  3. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial management.
  4. Experience working in a complex organization, such as higher education, healthcare, or a large corporation, is advantageous.
  5. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
  6. Professional certifications, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), are highly desired.
  7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance for the industry.
  8. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
