We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Campaign, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) to design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging Adobe Campaign resources and key skills to enhance the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years proven experience working with Adobe Campaign (Classic/Standard/AJO).
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and integrating them with Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and personalized communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot campaign issues.


Preferred Skills:

  • Adobe Campaign certification is a plus.
  • Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for campaign customization.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies (email, SMS, web, social).


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Adobe Campaign Certification (desirable).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Data Management: Manage and segment customer data within Adobe Campaign, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows and email campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using Adobe Campaign analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future strategies.
  • Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with other platforms (CRM, data sources, analytics tools) to enhance campaign performance.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, based on KPIs and ROI.
  • Testing: Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing for campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall customer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall brand and business objectives.
