Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in data analysis to deliver actionable insights, enhance decision-making processes, and support data governance initiatives, all while ensuring the highest standards of data confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across various systems.
  • Manage data governance cases to uphold data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise visualizations and reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience in Power BI services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
