Future of work: Mandate 2 - Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up. In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to the office during which employees are expected to oblige.
About the Team:
- There are 4 teams in SteppinOut. Namely, Business, Intellectual Property, Marketing and Sponsorship team. Business team's responsibility is to plug in the most suitable events in their region, associate with relevant venues on a long term basis for hosting different IPs and ensuring the deal structure is profitable for SteppinOut.
- Responsible for the overall p&l of the city/zone and to ensure profitability of the business and at the same time they have to ensure maximum penetration of IPs in their region.
- IP Team is also a part of business team. They are responsible for curating the best experience, ensuring all costs like production, artist, marketing, permissions etc. are in control as per the pre-p&l of the show.
- They also have to ensure sponsor integration is on point for these shows. Ip team continuously works on new formats of events which can be scaled to multiple cities.
Job Responsibilities:
- To create, onboard & manage Artist across multiple genres like Bollywood, Techno, Indie Music.
- Curate club shows, Concerts or live events/Festivals etc, should have understanding of PnL
- Creative & Strategic input to develop new IP's & own brand health across existing IP's & partnerships which include & not limited to: Owning & Managing P&L's, Consumer Marketing, Venue closures and On ground event execution end to end.
- Working with sponsorship teams to create branded solution opportunities.
Desired Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experienced in working with Music Tours, Artists TBL and key deliverables negotiations
- Experience in working with sales teams to deliver strategic & creative brand solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and resourcefulness.
- You should be able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise responsibilities.
- Experience with project management across Indie and Techno music festivals will be added benefit
