Key Responsibilities:


Web Design and Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage web design projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers and developers.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure websites are functional across different browsers and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs promptly.
  • Implement best practices for website security and performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients on website use and functionality.


Requirements:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Proven experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Skills:

  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
  • Strong understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
