Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing a network of vendors who specialize in manufacturing and printing a variety of clothing items, including oversized T-shirts, resort shirts, and caps. You will also oversee logistics to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of our products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors who manufacture oversized T-shirts and have expertise in puff, HD, embroidery, ombre, and other unique printing techniques.
  • Source and manage vendors capable of screen printing and digital printing resort shirts and caps.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors to ensure high-quality products at competitive rates.
  • Oversee the logistics process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Continuously evaluate vendor performance and explore new sourcing opportunities to meet the brand's evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the seamless integration of new vendors and materials into the production process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new printing techniques, and sustainable practices to maintain Fuse Creative Studio’s competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sourcing and vendor management within the clothing industry.
  • Strong network of vendors specializing in oversized T-shirts, resort shirts, and caps.
  • Knowledge of various printing techniques, including puff, HD, embroidery, ombre, screen printing, and digital printing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
