The Personal Secretary will serve as a vital point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Proficiency in Clerical and Administrative Assistance tasks Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written communication Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
