Key Responsibilities :Define product features and capabilities, close architecture, and micro-architecture requirements, drive technical specifications for SoC and IP blocks.Comprehend the SOC as a complete system which includes HW (Silicon), FW, BIOS & SW and ensure that FW, BIOS & SW are aligned to enable all features, optimizing for performance and powerAs an overall product owner, responsible for architecture analysis and technical solutions for marketing/feature change requestsPerform area, power, performance trade-offs and analysis of HW/SW re-usability requirements for IP/Cores and complete SoC.Conduct detailed performance, architectural and design requirement reviews with cross-functional teams.RTL coding, Requirement spec implementation and traceability.Work with third party vendors to understand differentiated IP offering and integration in SoC architecture.Help drive SoC/IP roadmaps based on Industry trends and Customer requirements anticipating needs.Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.Qualifications/ Skills
:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of experience in related domains.Expertise in one or more of the following: CPU or Accelerator, Memory sub-system, Fabrics, Cache coherency, Multimedia, I/O subsystems, Clocks, Resets, Virtualization and SecurityExperience analysing CPU, Accelerator or System-level Micro-Architectural features to identify performance bottlenecks within different workloadsDemonstrated expertise in power management microarchitecture, low power design and power optimization, along with power impact at architecture, logic design, and circuit levelsAdept at collaboration among top-thinkers and senior architects with strong interpersonal skills to work across teams in different geographies Experience with Clocking, Reset, Mode Controller, Boot, Security IPs.Experience with Functional Safety standards for Automotive (ISO26262 etc), design care abouts, SoC safety use case and AoU will be a plus.Demonstrated leadership ability in driving design efforts and collaborating across teams.Excellent communication, management, and presentation skills.Why Join Us ?Work on advanced SoC and IP projects that influence the future of technology.Collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic and inclusive environment.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Competitive compensation and benefits package.About Us :L&T Semiconductor Technologies is a leader in innovative semiconductor solutions, committed to pushing the boundaries of technology to create a smarter, more connected world.
