Yuma Energy is seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Intern will play a key role in supporting employee engagement initiatives and handling employee grievances through our internal portal, Suvidha. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and employee relations, working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support organization of company events, activities, and wellness programs.
  • Communicate regularly with employees to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Monitor and manage employee grievances through the Suvidha portal.
  • Help employees submit and track grievances on the Suvidha platform.
  • Ensure grievances are handled promptly and in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist HR team with data management related to employee engagement and grievance trends.
  • Generate reports on employee satisfaction and engagement metrics.
  • Provide administrative support for general employee relations and HR queries.
  • Assist in communicating HR policies, benefits, and updates to employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and grievance records.
  • Comply with all HR policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and empathy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
