Your work profile

As Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Responsibilities:

• 08*6 general shift and provide on call support for critical issues
• Deploy DLP solutions on servers, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot agent related issues along with IT Team
• Configure DLP policies and rules for both network and endpoint DLP to identify and protect sensitive data.
• Ensure the DLP solution is properly integrated with existing security tools and infrastructure.
• Develop DLP policies based on organizational data protection requirements.
• Classify and categorize data to apply appropriate DLP rules.
• Regularly review and update DLP policies to address new threats and business needs.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure DLP policies are effectively enforced.
• Ensure DLP policies comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Generate reports for compliance audits, highlighting data protection measures and incidents.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of the DLP program.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on data protection best practices and DLP policies.
• Raise awareness about the importance of data security and how to handle sensitive information.
• Work closely with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align DLP policies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with data owners to understand data flows and protection requirements.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to optimize the performance of the DLP solution.
• Perform Health check daily and share the report
• Ensure all the components are up to date (n-1)
• Monitor the availability of all the deployed components
• Support any internal and external audit and provide necessary logs/reports within the agreed timeline
• Close all the identified vulnerabilities within the defined timeline
• Create Agent installation SOPs for various operating systems which can be followed by IT team for manual installation of agents
• Create and maintain knowledgebase capturing the known issues and the solutions

Desired qualifications

• Education B. E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
