We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to configure, support, and optimize our SAP GRC processes. The role involves working closely with finance, audit, compliance, and business teams to ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and integration with related SAP modules.

Required Skills:-

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control modules:
  • Access Request Management (ARM)
  • Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
  • Emergency Access Management (EAM)
  • Business Role Management (BRM)
  • Experience in GRC Process Control and Risk Management configuration and support.
  • Proficiency in SAP Authorization Concepts, including role design, user provisioning, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis.
  • Experience in GRC Integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP Security Administration and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO, etc.).
  • Expertise in Risk Analysis, Mitigation Controls, and Audit Readiness.
  • Strong understanding of workflow configurations and customization in GRC.
  • Hands-on experience in remediation, mitigation, and preventive controls implementation.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Fiori Security in GRC context (optional but preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills for GRC-related issues.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • SAP GRC certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven 5–9 years of experience in SAP GRC implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Good understanding of business compliance requirements and governance processes.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
