We're Hiring: Appointment Setters / Cold Callers (Remote)

Remote | Full-Time

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST

AUD $3–$7/hour (Based on performance & experience)

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proven experience working with Australian and US clients
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation

Compensation Structure:

Hourly Plan:

Below 3 KPI: $3 AUD per hour

4–5 bookings per person/day: $5 AUD per hour

From the 6th booking onward: $10 AUD per additional booking

$20 AUD per converted client
