We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building and deploying mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter. The candidate should be well-versed in debugging, optimizing, and securing mobile apps to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.Roles & Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.- Ensure smooth builds and releases on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.- Identify and fix performance issues, bugs, and crashes across platforms.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.- Implement and maintain secure coding practices, ensuring compliance with the latest mobile security standards.- Work with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and native device functionalities.- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver seamless applications.- Stay updated with the latest Flutter features, mobile OS updates, and emerging security vulnerabilities.- Maintain proper technical documentation for app development, deployment, and debugging processes.Key Skills Requirements :- Proven experience in Flutter development (minimum 3-5 years preferred).- Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.- Experience with Android Studio, Xcode, and mobile debugging tools.- Familiarity with app security best practices (OWASP Mobile Security, secure storage, authentication, etc.)- Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile app deployment is a plus.- Ability to publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment (ref:hirist.tech)
