Job Insights:

• Production management from start to delivery.
• Leading and coordinating efforts of the entire development team (Developers, designers,

QC etc) and acting as an important link in case of project issues.

• Keeping himself/herself updated with the constant changes in Digital ecosystem
• Ability to define and enforce process, yet adapt to changing requirements, timelines, and
• priorities
• Partnering with various internal SPOCs (Project Management Team, Creative, Digital
• production Team, and technical leads) to manage strategy, production, schedule, budget,
• tagging and quality assurance.
• Further, he /she will be responsible for Capacity planning and handling any crisis on a day-
• to-day level as well as from a long-term perspective
• Ensuring high Quality through best practices and compliance to the standards – Strong
• Liasioning with Operationsal Excellence team to track performance and put corrective
• measures
• Proficient in analyzing team performance metrics, tracking progress, and providing
• constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
