Title: DevOps Engineer(CI/CD/Cloudbees)Location: Bengaluru, KA (Remote)Job Type: Fulltime with BayOne SolutionsAbout the Role:The supplier will support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team by developing, managing, and automating CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines for the Customer Experience platforms. This includes managing AWS environments, streamlining infrastructure defect remediation through automation, and enhancing pipeline efficiency using tools like GitHub Actions and CloudBees CDRO. The goal is to improve system reliability, accelerate deployment cycles, and enhance the developer experience by ensuring stable, scalable, and automated infrastructure operations.Development and Management of CI/CD and IaC Pipelines:Build, enhance, and maintain automated pipelines to support infrastructure deployment and maintenance for platforms.AWS Environment Management:Ensure stability, scalability, and compliance of AWS environments supporting the CX Cloud.Automated Defect Remediation Solutions:Deliver automated systems for defect discovery, analysis, and remediation to improve infrastructure reliability and reduce manual intervention.Defect Resolution Process:Maintain a consistent, reusable, and efficient defect remediation workflow, including updating status and documentation in Jira and CDETS.Pipeline Implementation Using Specific Tools:Create and manage GitHub Actions workflows.Create and manage CloudBees CDRO pipelines using JavaScript and/or Groovy.Reporting and Documentation:Provide scheduled reports (weekly status, progress updates, quality reviews).Deliver solution documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and any training related to defect remediation workflows.Service Level Compliance:Meet agreed service levels for timeliness (delivery of user stories/defects within weekly cycles) and quality (less than 10% defect rate in delivered work).Automated CI/CD and IaC Pipelines:Fully developed and operational pipelines built using GitHub Actions and CloudBees CDRO, enabling automated deployment and maintenance of infrastructure.AWS Environment Configurations and Management:Documentation and configurations ensuring AWS environments are stable, scalable, and compliant with best practices.Defect Remediation Solutions:Automated tools and scripts that detect, analyze, and resolve infrastructure defects, integrated with Jira and CDETS for tracking and status updates.Technical Documentation:Solution designs and architecture documents.Defect remediation procedures.Knowledge transfer materials and training documentation for ongoing maintenance.Status Reports and Metrics:Regular (weekly/monthly) progress and performance reports detailing completed tasks, SLA adherence, defect resolution rates, and pipeline health.Updated Jira/CDETS Records:Detailed logs, comments, and attachments documenting each request’s lifecycle from discovery through remediation and validation.Summary: the work product is a combination of automated infrastructure tooling, operational cloud environment management, defect remediation deliverables, and comprehensive documentation and reporting to support SRE teams.BayOne is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
